1958年生,男,博士,二级教授,硕士生导师,1981年12月毕业于中南矿冶学院化学专业,1993年6月华中师范大学化学系有机化学研究生班毕业,2004年12月中南大学应用化学专业博士研究生毕业,获工学博士学位。现为中国化学化工学会会员,湖南省化学化工学会常务理事,湖南省石油学会理事,湖南省普通高校石油化工催化技术产学研合作示范基地主任,石油化工催化与分离关键技术湖南省“2011”协同创新中心副主任,精细石油化工催化与分离湖南省重点实验室常务副主任。
主要研究方向为无机纳米光电材料,涉及能源光催化、环境光催化和光电转换材料的制备与应用。主持完成国家自科基金项目2项,省自科基金重点项目1项、一般项目1项,省科技计划重点项目1项、一般项目1项,省教育厅重点和省高校科技成果产业化培育项目等项目5项,横向合作项目3项,累计进校科研经费300多万元。在, ,科学通报,化学学报和化工学报等国内外权威学术期刊发表论文60余篇,其中被SCI、EI收录50余篇。主编、参编大学教材3部。获省自然科学三等奖(排3)、技术发明三等奖(排3)各1项,岳阳市科技进步二等奖2项(排1、排3)、三等奖1项(排1)。授权国家发明专利6件。主持省教育厅重点教研教改项目1项,主持《结构化学基础》省级精品课程。指导学生获省级以上奖励近十项。
